I am a mission-centered, results-oriented leader with twenty plus years of experience and interests in partnerships; scholarly communications; Science, Technology, Engineering & Math (STEM); strategic thinking; creativity and learning. I look for opportunities to engage in conversations around national and international policy in STEM and scholarly communications.
I leverage my broad, functional experience in leadership, planning, partnership-building and strategic technology to develop potential solutions to knowledge services & resource trends and challenges.
Start-ups include an advertising agency library, my own information consulting firm and Olin College’s academic library. As Olin’s founding Library Director I drew from philosophies of multiple intelligences, learning the lessons of other industries, and the power of community to build an innovative, hands-on learning space.
Industry experience: STEM, government, higher education, advertising, and not-for-profit.
